Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). If payment or shipping information is incorrect, processing may take an extra 3–5 business days.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship Monday through Friday. Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays.

- Domestic carriers (USPS, UPS) may occasionally experience delays beyond their guarantees.
- International orders may take 4–6 weeks, and in rare cases 8–12 weeks due to customs.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a refund after shipping, customers must refuse delivery or return the package with tracking.
Wrong Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed or shipped.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered, ManForceX cannot issue a refund. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase.
- All bottles must be returned, including empty, partial, bonus, or free bottles, along with your order details.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received and verified.
- All returns should be shipped via USPS with a valid tracking number.
